ELIGIBILITY. Open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or over as of the date of entry. Sweepstakes begins October 15, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. and ends November 30, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Employees or agents of the Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and related entities, advertising/promotional agencies, providers, suppliers and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win. SPONSOR. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Veria Living, a business unit of Asia TV USA Ltd., 250 W. 34th Street, New York, NY 10119 (the “Sponsor”)

ENTRIES. To enter, visit any or all of the six “Veria Voices’” webpages on our website www.verialiving.com and fill in your email address where indicated. You may enter at each Veria Voice webpage only once each day during the sweepstakes period – a total of up to six entries per day. Each day’s entries must be received before 11:59:59 p.m. EST. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online, or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries.

WINNERS. Six winners (one for each Veria Voice) will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be held after the end of the Sweepstakes period. Only one prize will be awarded to any entrant. All selections are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 15 days of the drawing. Winners will have 10 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail to customercare@asiatvusa.com or kathy@veria.com. The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any late, lost, or misdirected notification, or for winner's unsuccessful efforts to claim any prize. Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. Prizes will be delivered approximately two weeks after the foregoing paperwork has been received from winners. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. In case of a question as to the identity of a winner, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the registered user of the e-mail account at the time the entry was submitted, and if such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to such registered user.

Each entrant acknowledges that he or she is participating voluntarily.
No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind including without limitation damage to an entrant’s computer system caused by accessing the website; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prizes, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prizes, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, extend, suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, fraud or other technical problem impairs or corrupts the integrity, administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the website, to be acting in violation of these rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. E-mails will be added to the Veria Living newsletter database. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, Shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

PROMOTION. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant grants the Sponsor the worldwide, perpetual right to exhibit and authorize the exhibition of such entrant’s name on its websites and for advertising, promoting and publicizing the website and the Veria Voices, provided that Sponsor will not authorize any direct endorsement by entrants of any other product or service without such entrant’s prior written consent. Entrants will not authorize any publicity of any kind relating to their participation hereunder without Producers’ prior written consent.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES. This sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. All unresolved disputes and claims relating to this sweepstakes shall be resolved by arbitration by a single arbitrator pursuant to the rules then obtaining of the American Arbitration Association, in a proceeding venued in New York County, New York.
