Balance Your Body With Massage

Massage increases circulation and helps to remove toxins built up in the body. Each evening after dinner give yourself a foot massage for 10 minutes (5 for each foot). Simply massage your feet by rolling them on a tennis ball. Stand with one hand on a wall for support and place the arch of your foot on the ball. Gradually add more body weight and roll your foot along the ball. Foot massage helps to detoxify internal organs and rebalances the body's natural energy flow. This would also be a great week to get a professional deep tissue massage if time and budget allow.
