Dilly Toast And Lemon In The Morning

Dill has been used by Ayurvedic doctors for centuries to promote mental and physical evenness. Dill is a relaxant, natural strengthening agent, and diuretic (increasing urination to speed removal of toxins from the body). For the next 5 days eat a piece of whole grain toast with dill butter spread for breakfast. Accompany toast with a glass of warm water and lemon juice.
To make the spread:
1. Combine 1 pound of softened butter, 1 cup olive oil and 2 tablespoons dried dill weed.
2. Mix until well blended.
3. Store covered in the refrigerator.
