Keep Fit With Ginger Iced Tea

Have a glass of cool ginger iced tea every morning at 9:30 AM. Do not add ice. If you drink more than one cup of coffee a day, replace your second cup with this delicious and healthful tea. Dried ginger has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine to aid in digestion and to cure respiratory diseases. It is also good for arthritic conditions and can help to strengthen the heart.
To make the tea:
1. Boil 6 cups of water.
2. Add 2 black tea bags, 2 piece of dried ginger and 6 crushed cardamom pods to the boiling water.
3. Let the tea steep for 3 minutes.
4. Strain out the spices.
5. Add milk and sugar to taste.
6. Put in the refrigerator until fully cool.
