Pamper Yourself: Oatmeal and Carrot Mask

Treat your skin to this antioxidant-rich face mask twice a week for a glowing, youthful complexion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 carrot, cut in chunks
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal flour (you can make this yourself by grinding rolled oats in a food processor or blender)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation:
Grind the carrot chunks into a fine paste, then squeeze the juice into a non-reactive bowl. Add the honey, egg white and oatmeal flour to make a thick paste. Apply with upwards strokes to your face and neck. Keep it on for 5-10 minutes. Wash off with cool water. Admire the results.
