Schedule Balance

Establish a routine and stick to it for 5 days. Often people with your body type do not settle easily into routines and tend to feel more comfortable with flexibility and movement. Put yourself on a schedule and allow your routine to balance you this week. Make sure to wake, eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and go to bed at the same time each day for 5 days. Start by writing down what time you will do each of these activities. This regimen will encourage your body to regulate and cleanse.
