Already a Youtube hit, Chipotle's first National TV commerical aired during the 2012 Grammy Awards on Sunday. The Chipotle "Back To The Start" video is 2 minute animated advertisement featuring the dulcet tones of Willie Nelson covering the poignant lyrics from the Coldplay song, The Scientist.

The Chipotle video takes the audience on a journey from mournful to joyful, a journey the sends the brand message that Chipotle is commited to sourcing food grown in a natural, sustainable way.

Chipotle seems to be putting where its money where its mouth is setting up the Chipotle Cultivate Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to supporting sustainable agriculture.
