This week increase your intake of fat-free foods. Add a handful of arugula to your dinner. Simply wash the arugula and squeeze some lemon juice onto it. Arugula is an excellent source of dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Manganese. Arugula is in season this week in your region. Also replace a snack or desert with a handful of dried apricots (high in vitamin A) and dried cranberries. Cranberries promote urinary tract health and help ward off infection.
