Iced Ginger Tea

Dried ginger has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine to aid in digestion and to cure respiratory diseases. It's also good for arthritic conditions, and can help to strengthen the heart. Replace your morning coffee with this refreshing ginger tea, and enjoy the health (and flavor) benefits!
To prepare the tea:
- Boil 6 cups of water.
- Add 2 black tea bags, 2 piece of dried ginger and 6 crushed cardamom pods to the boiling water.
- Let the tea steep for 3 minutes.
- Strain out the spices.
- Add milk and sugar to taste.
- Refrigerate until cool.
