Studies have shown that eating blueberries can boost brain function. They are packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. Blueberries are currently in season in your region. For 5 days start your morning with this delicious and powerful liquid meal. If you need a more substantial breakfast, try adding a large handful of sunflower and/or pumpkin seeds.
Combine in a blender:
1. 2/3 cup fresh blueberries
2. 1/3 cup apple juice
3. 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt
