Prepare a batch of sunflower seed and apple salad and add 1/2 cup of this delicious blend to your breakfast for 5 days. Balance your constitution with foods that are nutritious, cool, dry and heavy with a mild, naturally sweet taste. Make the salad by mixing:
1. 2 cups raw sunflower seeds
2. 4 teaspoons of dark brown sugar
3. 2 ripe apples, diced
4. A squeeze of lemon juice (so the apple does not turn brown in the refrigerator)
5. A little olive oil to taste.
