Healing QA: How Do You Decide What To Eat For Dinner?
06/20/2012 | 04:30 PM
Q:
How do you decide what to eat for dinner? Can you eat Italian of Chinese food?
A:
Believe it or not, I usually take my last meal in the afternoon around 2 or 3, making dinner obsolete. When I give my stomach plenty of time to digest food before I go to bed, I wake up feeling light and open and ready to tackle the day. For my last meal, though, I usually eat a simple array of vegetables and rice, and I tend to favor the Indian market down the street from where I live. As for Italian and Chinese food, I tend to find these foods heavy, difficult to digest, and full of additives like salt. This makes for an unpleasant tummy and poorer health.
