The Holistic Approach to the Day

For 5 days, adhere to a schedule that balances your radiant energy with times of cool down. This 5-day regimen is designed to enhance your naturally robust health, productivity and overall sense of wellness.
1. Wake up and approach the morning with as much fire as you can.
2. Schedule calm and cool activities between 10 AM and 2 PM. During these hours, prioritize projects that require a calm, collected approach and try to avoid conflicts and confrontations.
3. After 2 PM, turn the heat back up.
4. End the day at 10 PM, either go to bed, take a walk in the moonlight or relax in a cool and quiet environment. Avoid strenuous activity after 10 PM.
