Crystal Bath Salts

Bath salts will turn your ordinary bath into an exotic one. We strongly recommend that you splurge here, and by the best oils and clay that you can find. It will be money well spent, and still far less expensive than going to a spa!

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup fine ground sea salt
  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 1/4 cup white clay
  • 1/2 cup dried herbs of your choice
  • 10 drops lavender essential oil
Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix together the salt, baking soda and clay. Prepare the dried herbs by powdering them in a spice mill, crumbling them by hand. Or, if you prefer, leave them whole.

Add the dried herbs to the mix, and stir. Add the lavender essential oil. Mix well with a wire whisk and cover with a towel. Let the mixture sit overnight. In the morning, mix thoroughly again. Add 1/2 cup of the mix to a tubful of warm water or pack the salt mixture in a small muslin bag and let the bag soak.
