Spa Wellness: Mint And Coconut Breeze Bath

Take a steam bath once a day for 5 days before bed. The heat of the bath will encourage your pores to open and help your body to release toxins and stress. The heat of the water combined with the cool of mint and coconut will soothe your body and calm your mind.
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 cup fresh or 1/4 cup dried mint (chop finely if using fresh)
b) Mix well.
c) Wrap in a lightweight dish towel and seal with a rubber band.
d) Place under hot running water and let float in the bath.
