Spa Wellness: Refreshing Summertime Soak

Few things are more soothing in the summertime than a long, indulgent soak in a warm or cool bath. Use essential oil the next time you bathe - the rights oils, mixed in the right proportions, will boost your mood and decrease your stress. In summertime we like to use light, fresh oils to refresh the skin and calm the senses.
Preparation:
In a small bowl, combine 2 drops basil oil, 2 drops juniper oil and 2 drops patchouli oil. Fill the tub with cool or warm water, as you prefer. Pour the oil mix into the full tub, stir gently with your hand, and breathe deeply as you sink into the tub and soak.
