Morning Detox Drink

Ingredients

2 cups water

1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric

1/2 lemon, juiced

Honey to taste

Directions

Bring water to a boil.

While the water boils, grate the ginger and juice the lemon.

When the water has boiled, pour it into a mug.

Place turmeric and grated ginger in a tea strainer, then add the mixture to the water.

Let steep for 10 minutes. Strain, add lemon and honey, and drink warm.
