Strengthen And Regulate With Ginger Tea

Have a warm cup of ginger tea every morning at 9:30 AM. If you drink more than one cup of coffee a day, replace your second cup with this delicious and healthful tea. Dried ginger has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine to calm digestion and respiratory diseases. It is also good for arthritic conditions and can help to strengthen the heart.
To make the tea:
1. Boil 6 cups of water.
2. Add 2 black tea bags, 2 piece of dried ginger and 6 crushed cardamom pods to the boiling water.
3. Let the tea steep for 3 minutes.
4. Strain out the spices.
5. Add milk and sugar to taste.
