Turn your bath into a spa-style steam treatment to relieve the aches and pains associated with cold and flu. Just add 10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil to a warm bath (102°F to 104°F) and soak for around 15 minutes. Take this bath before bed for deep, relaxing sleep.
