Most Americans get less than half of the recommended amount of fiber in their diet. Fiber is important for maintaining balance in your digestive system. Keep things cool with a refreshing psyllium cocktail. Each day at 4 PM mix a splash of cool, sweet fruit juice, such as apple or grape, with a glass of pure water and a teaspoon of powdered psyllium (less than $8 at most health food stores).
