The Water Diet: Warm Herbal Water

Water is one of our most basic needs, and is essential to our survival. However, many people underestimate their need for this vital liquid, thus depriving themselves of a natural detoxifier. Water not only boasts internal benefits, but aids in keeping skin soft and clear. We recommend you drink this herb-infused power water at least once a day, or whenever you feel thirsty.

Ingredients:
  • 2 liters water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Marshmallow root
  • 2 pinches Indian ipecac
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 1 clove
  • 1 black peppercorn
Preparation:
Bring water to a boil. Add the herbs and spices and cover. Strain the water. Drink lukewarm.
