Movement Classes

Our beautiful yoga studio is the perfect place to get away from your daily routine and move. We offer classes in yoga, Pilates, tai chi, belly dancing, Zumba, martial arts and more. At Veria, you can discover natural wellness at your own pace.

Wellness Consultations

Veria Wellness Center is pleased to offer lifestyle consultations by our own certified Naturopathy and Ayurvedic practitioners. These consultations address well-being from a physical and emotional perspective. Therapies are designed to provide complimentary support for such common conditions as asthma; diabetes; obesity; hypertension/heart disease; back pain; migraines and arthritis. Recommendations for balancing mind-body constitution (known as Dosha in Ayurveda) may include nutrition, stress management, emotional healing, massage therapy, exercise, nutritional and herbal supplements.

Exceptional Spa Treatments

A focal point of each of our Wellness Centers is our selection of premium spa services. Our trained therapists welcome you to a sanctuary that offers an oasis from today's busy lifestyle. Services provided include customized facials, massage and the Ayurvedic treatments Abhyanga and Shirodara.

Nick Gracenin is one of the first non-Asian Masters of the Chinese Martial Arts. He has been named by INSIDE KUNG FU MAGAZINE as "One of 100 people who have made the greatest impact on martial arts in the century" and as "Man of the Year" in the 2005 Hall of Fame. Nick won several medals for US Wushu and Tai Chi teams, and was a member of the Executive Committee of the International Wushu Federation in Beijing.
