Healthy Snacks for Kids: Baby Mousse Mud

BABY MOOSE MUD

A carob and protein packed mousse for baby and you.
one 12 oz organic Mori-Nu Silken Tofu, enriched with fiber, firm
1/2 cup roasted carob
1 large ripe organic banana
2 tbsp light agave
2 single drops vanilla creme Stevia liquid
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
2 tsp arrowroot powder

ADULT TOPPINGS
3 tbsp unsweetened carob chips
2 tbsp sliced almonds
In food processor, puree drained tofu, carob, banana, agave, liquid Stevia, cinnamon, xanthan gum, and arrowroot. Puree until smooth. Pour into four 8 oz ramekins. Refrigerate
for at least 2 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated.
Note: Optional garnish for anyone who is not a baby - mix in 3 tbsp unsweetened carob chips and top with 2 tbsp sliced almonds.
Yield: Four 8 oz servings.
