Ingredients

1 ounce Chinese red dates (available in stores selling Asian remedies and online)
2 cups boiling water
1/2 ounce dried chamomile
dash cinnamon

Add red dates to 1 cup boiling water, steep. Add chamomile and rest of water, steep. Add cinnamon and serve.
