Ingredients
- 1 ounce Chinese red dates (available in stores selling Asian remedies and online)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 ounce dried chamomile
- dash cinnamon

Add red dates to 1 cup boiling water, steep. Add chamomile and rest of water, steep. Add cinnamon and serve.
Dosage: 1 cup at bedtime.
