Apple Pack

This simple and economical face mask is packed with vitamins; after one use you'll notice a gleaming, bright complexion!

Ingredients

1 organic apple
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
3 crushed capsules coenzyme Q10 (available in vitamin shops and online)
2 capsules vitamin E

Cut up the apples into large chunks, put into a food processor and puree.

Remove from food processor and place in large mixing bowl.

Add the apple cider vinegar. Add the honey, which will help the pack stick to your face. Next add the CoQ10.

Snip the edges of the vitamin E capsules and squeeze the contents into the bowl (much the way you'd squeeze a tube of toothpaste).

Apply the pack to your face, and if you want to further increase circulation, tap your fingers over your face after you put it on.

Keep it on for 20 minutes, and then gently rinse off.
