These crispy chips have a great concentrated banana flavor. They make a tasty snack or a good topping for cereals, fruit salads and even waffles and pancakes.

Thinly slice bananas, the thinner the better—they will dehydrate faster. Place on mesh trays and dehydrate at 105 degrees for 8 hours or until desired crispness is achieved.
