Bourbon Praline Sauce

- 4 tablespoons vegan margarine (available at health food stores)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 teaspoons arrowroot powder
- 1 cup soy creamer

Melt vegan margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped pecans and sauté until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add brown rice syrup and bourbon, bring mixture to a boil.
Mix arrowroot powder and soy creamer in a small bowl until arrowroot is dissolved. Add to pecan mixture and boil until thick, about 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
