Basic Brown Rice
The staple of many types of cuisines, basic brown rice is filled with nutrients and couldn't be easier to prepare.
- 2 cups brown rice
- 3 3/4 cups water
- 2 pinches sea salt
Rinse rice well with cold water.
Bring rice and water to a boil. Add two pinches of sea salt.
Cover, lower flame and allow to simmer for 40-45 minutes.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork and serve.
