Long Grain Brown Rice
Rice is a staple for all types of cuisines and dishes. Long grain brown rice is especially nutritious and delicious.
- 1 cup long grain brown rice
- 2 cups water
- A pinch sea salt
Rinse rice well.
Bring rice and water to a boil. Add a pinch of sea salt.
Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
Allow to stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
