Crazy Easy Cranberry Sauce
- 1 tablespoon kuzu (a thickening powder; available in natural foods and Asian grocery stores and online)
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 10 ounce bag frozen organic cranberries
- 2 cups filtered water
- 2 droppers lemon stevia liquid
- 2 tablespoons light agave nectar
Stir kuzu into 3 tablespoons of cold water until dissolved. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer on medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 10 to 12 minutes. When cranberries are soft, add kuzu mixture. Stir until sauce starts to thicken.
