Crazy Easy Cranberry Sauce
Cranberry sauce is a traditional part of winter holiday meals, but cranberries are too good—and too good for you—to reserve for special occasions. Plan on making this side dish a winter menu regular.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon kuzu (a thickening powder; available in natural foods and Asian grocery stores and online)
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 10 ounce bag frozen organic cranberries
- 2 cups filtered water
- 2 droppers lemon stevia liquid
- 2 tablespoons light agave nectar

Stir kuzu into 3 tablespoons of cold water until dissolved. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer on medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 10 to 12 minutes. When cranberries are soft, add kuzu mixture. Stir until sauce starts to thicken.
