Ingredients

- 1/2 ounce skullcap (available in natural foods stores and online)
- 1/2 ounce fresh dandelion root (or about a teaspoon of dry; available in natural foods stores and online)
- 1/2 ounce fresh dandelion leaf (or about a teaspoon of dry; available in natural foods stores and online)
- 1/2 ounce fennel seed
- 6 cups boiling water
