Detox Morning Elixir
Detox drinks are all the rage—but this one is gentle on your system and contains no chemicals. Feel free to adjust the levels of ginger, turmeric and lemon to your preferences.

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Honey to taste
Preparation

Ready In: 15 min
Bring water to a boil.
While the water boils, grate the ginger and juice the lemon.
When the water has boiled, pour it into a mug.
Place turmeric and grated ginger in a tea strainer, then add the mixture to the water.
Let steep for 10 minutes. Strain, add lemon and honey, and drink warm.
