Edible flowers make for a cooling and colorful salad that will pique your appetite even on the hottest day of summer.
- violet flowers
- nasturtium flowers
- cucumber tossed with dill weed
- tofu tossed with sesame seed and sea salt (optional)
- borage flowers
- lavatera flowers
- garlic flowers
- sliced carrots
- omega-3 flax seed oil
- sage-scented balsamic vinegar
Toss dry ingredients in large salad bowl. Mix oil and vinegar, pour over salad and toss.
