Collard Greens with Garlic
Vitamin-packed collard greens, a soul food favorite, are sautéed with plenty of garlic for an antioxidant boost.

1 bunch collard greens, chopped (can substitute kale, bok choy or other dark leafy green)
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
2 teaspoons olive oil
Sea salt

In a medium-sized pan, sauté greens in water over high heat, 3-5 minutes.
Add garlic, olive oil and sea salt. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
