Sautéed Mustard Greens
Hearty and satisfying mustard greens are rich in nutrients and naturally tangy.
- 2 cups mustard greens
- Spinach and salsify buds to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons chokecherry syrup
- Salt to taste
Wash the greens and cut them into narrow ribbons.
Melt butter in a skillet. Add greens and buds and sauté until tender.
Season greens with chokecherry syrup and salt before serving.
