Sautéed Mustard Greens

Hearty and satisfying mustard greens are rich in nutrients and naturally tangy.

Ingredients

2 cups mustard greens
Spinach and salsify buds to taste
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons chokecherry syrup
Salt to taste
