Teriyaki Salmon
Salmon is one of the tastiest and most heart-healthy fishes out there. This simple teriyaki sauce is a breeze; feel free to tailor the spices in it to your own individual tastes.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of wild salmon
- 1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or other)
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/3 cup water
- 2-3 scallions, minced

Preheat oven to 375¼.
Make the teriyaki sauce by combining the tamari or soy sauce, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger and water.
Pour teriyaki sauce over salmon and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Garnish with scallions and serve immediately.
