Grapefruit Salsa
Tangy tropical salsa combines the bite of grapefruit with the burn of jalapeño.

Ingredients
- 1 large grapefruit
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapeño
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Peel and section grapefruit, remove membrane and chop into chunks. Add onion, bell pepper, jalapeño and cilantro. Then stir in cardamom, lime juice and olive oil.
