Fat Fighting Infusion

Ingredients
- 2 ounces dried yerba mate (available in natural foods stores or online)
- 1 ounces guarana seed (available in natural foods stores or online)
- 2 ounces dried damiana (available in natural foods stores or online)
- 1 ounce dried green tea
- 12 ounces boiling water
Preparation

Ready In: 20 min
Place dry ingredients in a jar. Shake thoroughly until mixed.
Steep 1 tablespoon of herb mix in 12 ounces boiling water for 5 to 15 minutes.
Store remaining herb mixture in dark-glass jar, or out of direct sunlight.
Dosage: 3 mugs per day, or up to 32 ounces per day, for 3 weeks.
