Simply seasoned grilled summer squash brings a burst of flavor and color to your BBQ spread.

1 yellow summer squash, cut into long thin strips
Olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Cook on the grill 4-5 minutes until you can see dark grill marks on the surface of the squash.
Repeat on the opposite side.
