Blueberry Breakfast Protein Smoothie
This meal in a glass will provide the fuel you need to start your day.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Cashew Milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 3/4 cups organic frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop hemp protein powder
- 1 dropper vanilla stevia liquid
- 1 dropper milk chocolate stevia liquid
- 1 tablespoon light agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs (available in natural foods stores and online)
- 1 tablespoon goji berries (available at natural foods and Asian grocery stores)
- 2 teaspoons maca (available at natural foods stores and online)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup baked yam with skin
- 3/4 cup fresh organic baby spinach
- 1 rounded tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 rounded tablespoon ground golden flax

Add all ingredients except spinach, hemp and flax to blender or Vita-Mix. Start to blend on low, increase speed until mixture is smooth. Add spinach leaves and blend on low until all the leaves disappear.
Pour into a 16-ounce glass. Top with hemp seeds and flax, and eat your smoothie with a spoon.
