Granola
This version of the breakfast classic delivers extra crunch, thanks to a healthy serving of almonds, Brazil nuts and sunflower seeds.

Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup currants or raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup Brazil nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Oil a baking sheet with canola oil.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, then spread on oiled baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
