Granola with Sprouted Buckwheat Groats
Sprouted groats put the crunch into granola. Enjoy it as a snack or stir into some vanilla yogurt for a quick and healthful breakfast.
- 1 cup sprouted buckwheat groats
- 1/2 cup soaked raisins or goji berries (available in natural foods and Asian grocery stores and online)
- 2 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin spice
Set dehydrator at 105 degrees.
Mix all ingredients and spread onto dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate for 12 to 16 hours.
