Granola with Sprouted Buckwheat Groats

Sprouted groats put the crunch into granola. Enjoy it as a snack or stir into some vanilla yogurt for a quick and healthful breakfast.

Ingredients

1 cup sprouted buckwheat groats
1/2 cup soaked raisins or goji berries (available in natural foods and Asian grocery stores and online)
2 tablespoon agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin spice

Mix all ingredients and spread onto dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate for 12 to 16 hours.
