Chicken Wraps with Raspberry Dressing

Grilled chicken breast is tossed in a simple raspberry vinaigrette and then rolled into a whole wheat wrap to make this fast, packable lunch.

Ingredients

1 grilled chicken breast, sliced into strips
1/2 package mesclun greens
4 whole wheat wraps
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon raspberry jam
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Heat wraps in a frying pan.
Whisk together olive oil, jam and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss chicken and mesclun greens in dressing. Place on wrap and roll up.
