Cashew Milk
Here's a nutritious base used in several delicious recipes, including Blueberry Breakfast Protein Smoothie and Queen Quinoa.

Ingredients
- 2 cups raw organic cashews
- filtered water
- 3 tablespoons light agave nectar
- 3 droppers Vanilla Crème stevia liquid (available at natural foods stores and online)
- 2 cups crushed ice, or more to achieve desired thickness

Place cashews in Vita-Mix and add filtered water till it covers cashews by about 2 inches. Add agave and stevia. Blend, gradually increasing speed from lowest to highest. Stop Vita-Mix and add about 1/2 cup crushed ice, blend until creamy. Add ice and blend 3 more times or until desired thickness and creaminess is achieved.
