Hot Chocolate Chai
Sweet, spicy and delicious—adding cocoa and garnishes turns a cup of tea into an event.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 6 tablespoons chai blend
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups whole milk
- whipped cream
- cinnamon sticks
- nutmeg

Ready In: 10 min
Pour boiling water over tea and steep for 5 minutes. Strain leaves and pour tea into saucepan on medium heat. Add cocoa and sugar, stir till dissolved. Add milk and heat through.
Pour into cups, top with whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
