Passionate Peach Crisp
A delectable peach of a dessert that provided the taste of summer, regardless of the season.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons light agave nectar, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
- 1/2 cup sifted gluten-free baking flour
- 1 tsp Stevia Plus powder (be sure it is Plus, and not extract powder)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup soft vegetable spread, plus extra to grease baking dish
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 8- by 8-inch baking dish and set aside.
In bowl, toss peaches with agave, vanilla, nutmeg and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Sift flour, stevia and 1 teaspoon cinnamon into a medium bowl. Stir in oats. Cut vegetable spread into mixture with pastry blender until mixture resembles a coarse meal.
Sprinkle crumbs evenly over peaches in baking dish. Sprinkle pecans over crumbs. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of agave over pecan and crumbs.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until crumb topping is golden and peach mixture is bubbling.
Serve warm.
