In a Vita-Mix or coffee grinder, blend goji berries and cacao nibs to a course powder and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine tahini and hemp butter with agave, vanilla and almond milk, until it makes a batter. Sprinkle in cinnamon, stevia, protein powder and maca. With the back of a plastic spatula, mix batter, pressing in a circular motion against the side of the bowl.
Add carob a bit at a time, working it into the batter with the same motion until fully blended. The mixture now should look shiny and be non-sticky to the touch. Fold in the ground goji berries and raw cacao nibs.
Chill batter for about an hour.
Form a teaspoon of chilled batter into a ball and roll in hemp seeds. Repeat to make about 24 truffles.
