Fruit Kabobs with Ginger Dip
Fruit and cheese on a skewer with a tangy, fruity dip elevates finger-food to a fabulous level.

- 1/4 cup honey
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple
- fresh fruit chunks

Use a mortal and pestle to crush ginger root. Combine with cream cheese, yogurt and honey, stirring until well blended and creamy.
Drain juice from crushed pineapple, and stir the fruit into the creamy mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Assemble kabobs by alternating fresh fruit chunks with cheese cubes on wooden skewers.
Serve with ginger root dip.
