Livin It Up Guacamole
- 4 large avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup kefir
- 1/4 cup fresh minced onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 ripe tomato
Mash avocados in a large bowl. Stir in kefir. Then add onions, garlic, cilantro, salt and chili powder. Stir in tomatoes.
Serve at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator until serving time.
Adjust seasonings before serving, if desired.
Serve with pita chips, raw veggies or tortilla chips.
