Cough Syrup Parfait
Take the natural route to calming a cough.

Ingredients
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 head garlic, chopped
- ~10 slices fresh ginger
- ~2 cups dehydrated cane juice

Layer ingredients in a Mason jar, repeatedly alternating ingredients and leaving as little space for air as possible. Seal lid, let stand ~4 hours.
Straining is optional.
Dosage: 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon, as needed.
